Chapter 4 Publishing, Sending and Scheduling Documents

InfoView lets you distribute the documents that appear in your document lists in three ways:

• You can publish a document to the corporate repository, where it is made available to all users who have access rights for that repository. See Publishing Documents.
• You can send a document to other InfoView users in your cluster. See Sending Documents to Other Users.
• You can use the Broadcast Agent to publish and send refreshed versions of documents at scheduled times or intervals. InfoView lets you specify when the schedule begins, and when it ends. In the meantime, you can monitor the progress of the refreshes you've scheduled, get information about refresh failures so you can fix any errors that have occurred, and even delete scheduled documents.
